Hardened Steel Extruder Gear Assembly X1 & P1S Bambu Lab
Overview
The hardened steel extruder gear assembly is an internal component of the hardened steel extruder unit. It comprises a driven gear and an active gear that work together to feed filament into the hotend.

Built with heavy-duty materials, the hardened steel extruder gear has a better capability of printing with tough engineering filaments like PAHT-CF and PET-CF for long-lasting performance. If abrasion or clogging occurs due to extended use, users can just replace the extruder gear assembly rather than the whole extruder unit.



*The P1 Series Extruder Unit comes with stainless steel extruder gear. Users can upgrade it to hardened steel extruder gear for better abrasion resistance to engineering filaments.

Hardened Steel Extruder Unit X1C Bambu Lab
Overview
The hardened steel extruder unit is equipped with double gears made of hardened steel, which provides increased extrusion force, prevents slippage, and enhances abrasion resistance. These gears enable the extruder unit to handle tough engineering filaments such as carbon fiber nylon and glass fiber nylon.

In addition, the extruder unit includes a sensor that supports filament break detection, which can help prevent print failures and improve overall printing efficiency.

Ceramic Heater & Thermistor P1S Bambu Lab
Overview
The ceramic heater and thermistor for Bambu Lab P1P 3D printer are combined into one module with an integrated terminal connector. With this design, the reliability of the terminal connector under extreme conditions is improved.

The ceramic heater can heat the nozzle up to 300℃ while the thermistor has highly accurate temperature measurement and reliable structural design.
